FREE ECONOMY delivery is available within green area of this map. If you would like delivery outside featured area, please contact us for quotation. You can also collect or arrange transport by yourself. Please note this when confirming your preferred method of payment. We do not ship abroad but have access to specialist courier for long distance deliveries in the UK.

Economy Delivery:

Main things to remember:

1. Couriers cannot offer any timed or Saturday deliveries!
2. Carriers may need your assistance with unloading and carrying!
3. In order to arrange smooth delivery following contact details must be supplied within 24Hrs after sale:
   • Your landline telephone number
   • Your mobile phone number
   • Your email
   • Your delivery address
4. In case you may not be available at home when seller/courier arrives, we strongly recommend Alternative delivery address up to 50 meters around your primary delivery address.

6. With Economy delivery seller/courier only provides delivery to your main entrance door of Delivery or Alternative delivery address.
   

Any package and item damages and discrepancies must be clearly noted on carrier's consignment note at the time of delivery and reported to us within 48 hours. Photographs will help solving the matter faster. We check every item for quality before despatch! It is receiver's responsibility to check goods on receipt. The seller/carrier shall not be liable if goods are signed for without written comment "damaged" or if they are signed as "in good condition", and therefore seller will not be able to provide free replacement or refund, although we will do our best to resolve issue on your behalf.

Please note: We always Endeavour to dispatch multiple items orders at the same time. Therefore if multiple items are ordered with quoted different delivery lead times you must always assume the latest quoted date for delivery for all items ordered. Please contact us if you prefer not to wait, additional charge may apply for each additional consignment. Once the furniture/items are dispatched from our warehouses the costs involved with return or charge of £33.99 excluding VAT whichever is greater will be levied to the buyer. All orders will be dispatched within the times quoted on the order or before - Subject to stock availability. One man delivery:

For Economy delivery we use prestigious third party carrier companies. We use one man carrier to deliver small Furniture (less than 40kg). For date of delivery please refer to your order.

Two man delivery:

Other furniture pieces are in most cases delivered by sellers/courier's two man delivery service. This service is used generally for large and heavy (over 40kg) or multiple items. Seller/courier is not obligated to carry furniture/items inside your house, garage...ext. With Economy delivery service we only provide delivery to your main entrance door. We will send you an email upon the dispatch, informing you of delivery method used.

Once the item is dispatched, the courier will send you sms, postcard or email you 48 hours before the delivery to inform about AM or PM delivery slot. Items will generally be delivered by a 7.5 tone vehicle, so please ensure your property is accessible for this size of truck.

Please note: The day offered for delivery will be in conjunction with the courier's delivery schedule and route plans on a date that the courier schedule will move them in your postcode area local depot.

Example: Courier's scheduled route may indicate that deliveries to the AB1 2CD postcode are available only on Mondays or Wednesdays. That is the same route every week therefore you have to make arrangements to be available on the days when courier makes deliveries in your area. If you are not available on the first date suggested, we will offer you delivery for the following week etc. Please accept our apologies in advance should courier's route would not be the most suitable day for you, however, the days that courier offers for delivery will be in line with the pre-designed schedules. In certain remote UK areas, courier may only operate a single day per week.
